Cancellation Policy

For appointments cancelled prior to 24 hours before, a full refund is given. For any appointments cancelled 24 hours or less a £20 fee applies, which is deducted from the original appointment price of £120.00, with the remaining £100 refunded. Alternatively, a new appointment day/time can be chosen and the funds transferred to the new scheduled time free of charge.
