The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which are defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
● “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Interior Edition Ltd
● “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the service.
● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase goods from us.
● “Service” refers to the website.
● “Website” refers to The Interior Edition Ltd, accessible from www.theinterioredition.co.uk
● “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
At The Interior Edition Ltd we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and upload relevant photographs and email them to us at theinterioredition@gmail.com. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed or identify any recurring product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being arranged.
Policy Summary
1. We accept returns when an item arrives damaged or when we’ve sent an incorrect item. This must be reported within 24 hours by emailing us at theinterioredition@gmail.com and photographic evidence MUST be provided.
2. We accept returns when you change your mind. When purchasing online you are protected by the distance selling regulations and you have 14 days to register your return by emailing theinterioredition@gmail.com
The goods, should you wish to return them must be received in a re-saleable condition with its original packaging, and made available for collection if heavy items, or returned at your own cost to an address provided by us at the time of return request.
Charges will apply for restocking returned items when you change your mind. These charges will be 20% of the original total plus any delivery fees incurred to you by returning the item with the delivery company you choose to return the items with i.e. Royal Mail/DPD etc. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service for returns as The Interior Edition (or our suppliers) can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the return delivery process.
Large/heavy items will be subject to collection and restocking fee's also at 20% of the original total. This does not apply to any damaged items.
Return Terms
• These terms are also applicable to both Distance Selling and Defective Goods or Incorrect Items returns.
• All refunds will be processed as a credit within 14 business days once the item has been received back by the supplier.
• All returns must be in the original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as it was received
• We will only liaise with you our customer during this returns process and will under no circumstances deal with anyone who is not you, the original customer.
• All returns must be submitted with complete evidence and information using the email address theinterioredition@gmail.com within 24 hours of your delivery for defective goods or incorrect item returns. We do not consider evidence submitted outside the agreed deadlines. These deadlines are imposed by our suppliers therefore we have to pass them on to our customers.
• The courier company collecting items (applicable to large/heavy items only) will only collect the returning product from the registered shipping address (meaning, the original delivery address) and under no circumstances will the product be collected from another address. This safeguard is in place to inspect the product at the original address to avoid any possibility of breakage in subsequent transits.
• If the product has been moved to another address, the return stands void.
• If a returned item requires redelivering this will incur additional handling and delivery charges.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of returned item(s) minus any fee’s outstanding by you the customer for restocking said items. The refund will be made to the card in which payment was initially made.
Damaged In Transit
Very rarely but unfortunately this can happen, and items can be damaged in transit. If this is the case, The Interior Edition Ltd will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and smoothly. Before you refuse the delivery, we ask that you check inside the box/packaging to establish if the item itself has been damaged. The packaging is simply used to protect the item whilst in transit, and our suppliers ensure they protect items in great depth to stop breakages from happening. If you find the contents to be damaged in any way, please sign for the goods as 'damaged' and contact us by email at theinterioredition@gmail.com immediately.
We appreciate that all items that are delivered are not necessarily used immediately due to different circumstances. However, we do ask that all parcels are checked thoroughly once delivered and in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact us with any images and description of any damage to the items or packaging within 24hrs of receipt. We will rectify any problems as quickly as we can with a like for like replacement of the item damaged, in the best possible time frame or offer a refund. By informing us as quickly as possible within the 24 hours, allows us to be in the timeframe that enables us to consult with our suppliers and get the issue rectified as quickly as possible. Outside of this timeframe we are unable to claim from the suppliers and will not be able to replace items.
If your claim is accepted you will either make the return yourself via a delivery company with a return address supplied to you once your return request is accepted, or a collection will be arranged on an agreed date (for large/heavy items only) and the following options will be offered according to the claim:

Please note: BESPOKE & SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED
Please note our supplies reserve the right to:

Change their decision based on their inspection of the goods once they have been returned to the warehouse.

Charge full price, including the restocking and delivery charge on all replacement items should the original item not be returned to them within a set period:

Customer returning the item directly to the address provided: You the customer of The Interior Edition Ltd has a two-week window to return the item before this charge is applied from the point the claim is approved.

We the suppliers are collecting the item from you the customer: They will attempt two collections before this charge is applied. (applicable to large/heavy items only)
Non-deliveries (Supplier imposed)
Should the delivery of your order not be successful or rejected:

All further delivery attempts will incur additional charges which will include the original delivery charge for the order.

Should the order be cancelled, and no further delivery attempts be required, you will incur a 10% restocking fee and we will be unable to refund you the original delivery charge.

We reserve the right to treat a non-delivery in the same manner as Returns Process and Charge: Distance Selling should upon inspection we believe that the order has been opened prior to rejecting the delivery.
