Delivery Policy - the basics
Order processing times
We aim to process orders within 3-7 Business days, but this can take longer during busy times or for larger delivery items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Bank Holidays including Christmas and New Year please allow extra time for these events. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in the expected delivery date, and any date we quote you is merely a guide to delivery. We will ensure to contact you if there are any issues, and we will do everything in our power to make it a smooth process.
Delivery rates/estimates
Delivery charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We pride ourselves in being fair & trustworthy, so there are no hidden charges however, larger, heavier items will be higher costed.
The prices for Standard delivery will be:

11kg to 20kg: £9.99

21kg to 40kg: £14.99

Over 40kg: £24.99
FREE DELIVERY applies to all orders over £100.00
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. But we try our best to prevent these.
Our suppliers will use a network of fast parcel delivery companies to get the goods to you the customer quickly. Where possible the goods and any tracking numbers where available will be provided to you.
Please ensure that there is a responsible person at the delivery address to take delivery.
A surcharge may be made by the delivery company if the first attempt at delivery fails.
It is you the customers responsibility to ensure items purchased from The Interior Edition will fit through your property, including doors, upstairs, through any internal doors, windows, or garden gates.
It is essential and the customers responsibility to check the items on delivery. In the unlikely event of any issues, damages, or shortages, these MUST be reported by email to theinterioredition@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
When signing for items it is you the customers responsibility to ensure there is no obvious damage and to sign the delivery note accordingly if damages are found.
Re-delivery charges may apply if the consignment is refused for reasons other than the items not conforming with your consumer rights e.g. the goods are faulty or not as described. See Returns Policy.
The Interior Edition & our suppliers use a 3rd party delivery company to deliver your goods to the address specified. We may send information that you have provided to a 3rd party to assist delivery only. This will include addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers and the type of goods.
Please ensure we are supplied with precise information. Once the goods have been passed to the 3rd party then The Interior Edition will be unable to affect the delivery time.
Delivery times may be indicated in tracking notifications sent to you by the 3rd party and it is your responsibility to communicate any potential issues with the delivery company.
The Interior Edition will in no way be held responsible for any delivery delays that arise once in the hands of the 3rd party.
